Environment Art for the 1.0 update of World of Tanks. I was responsible for the creation of the heightmaps, models, and textures used in the Vistas as well as the composition for the levels Mountain Pass and Tundra. For creating the mountain peaks and strip mines, I used a combination of LIDAR data and satellite imagery to derive the masks and macro color. I used Zbrush to touch up areas on the models, and Substance Designer\Painter to process the initial masks and remove shadows from the macro color. The masks were then used with the in-engine shader to apply the different textures. The macro color was used to apply an overlay gradient.
